Well I haven't been on game since dyna Buburimu. So I mentioned to my bro that I wonder when they going to announce the winners for the Mog Bonanza. He said they've been out for a while. I asked him why he didn't tell me. He said he assumed I knew. He has to remember, I haven't been on game in like forever!!!

So I ran to get on game before I lose my chance to trade in my marbles. I take the long walk in Port Windy to the Bonanza Moogle. I found him.  I trade all 5 marbles to him.

Boo Yah!!!! Rank 5 WINNER on 1 marble.  So what to choose? It definitely had to be a statue. The rest were items that I don't use or don't want.  So there were the following statues:

• Fafnir
• Alexander
• Shadow Lord
• Adamantoise
• Behemoth

Which did I pick? Who would play to my personality and decor? Can you guess?

I chose Fafnir!! It gave 4 Storage spaces too.



I like dragons too. This was my very first time winning a bonanza on this game.

Palling Around with Friends

When I logged onto game, my friend Naquel had sent me a tell. I was in Jeuno when I logged on. I met up with him in Lower Jeuno. I was finishing up my quest for my Gobbie Quest and puttin things on AH. He
said he was bored and looking to party but cab't get an invite. I said I could duo with him on my NIN in Buburimu Pennisula if he was game. He said sure.

Before I go any further, today I had taken off from work because the water man was coming. I was also waiting for my beautician to call me so I could get my hair braided. It's a 4 to 5 hour process. Now back
to your scheduled program.

So I run to Windy to change to my NIN. I meet up with him in Bubu. He came as WHM to my NIN. We take a page out the FOV book. We are supposed to kill 6 Sylvestres and 1 Rabbit. We take out the rabbit
first. We started on the Sylvestres.

I think we got to 3 down before Naq went down. I tried to call for a raise. I got no answer. He asked if he should HP back. I told him no, I'll change in Mhaura and come
back to raise him. He fussed aboute losing my page for FOV. Told him not to worry about it, I can always get another page. So I throw on invisible and head off to Mhaura.

As I get 2 steps from Mhaura, I get 2 phone calls back to back. I paid the calls not as much attention as I should of. One was my mother and the other my beautician. She tells me to come and my mom said
something to effect of picking her up. So once inside Mhaura I told Naq to HP because I had to go pick up my mother. He said no problem. I then shut off the gamr with me in Mhaura.

Next day I took a little time to get my anniversary ring on both characters. I did it first on TK. I apparently talk a lot. I haven't as much as I thought. Unless this number is just between last event and this event. Then it would be way out of tune. Here are my stats and a picture of me wearing he dinner suit given for the event.


Now here's TL's stats. It is pretty bare but what gets me is that I died because of poison. But the stats does not reflect it in the # of K'Os. I guess it only reflects mobs killing you. Oh well. Here's her stats and pic in the dinner gear.

This is Clan Belmont

Today was photo day for ClanBelmont. While I wait for picture, I skilled up in Cape Terrigan with Inchigo doing FOV. Thesage joined us for a spell. Made over 5k in gil and over 5k in exp. I never realized you got gil doing FOV. I should do it more often. Those of us, Belmonts that is, gathered in Latheine Plateau to take our LS picture. I had to mule my brother for the pic. That was some tough work. Here are my versions of the pic from my angle. The are my current family on game. ClanBelmont rocks!

Ferrin & Terry's Wedding

My friend Ferrin got married today on Purgonorgo Isle off of Bibiki Bay to his long time girlfriend Terry. The wedding took place at 8:00 pm.

Just One of Them Couple of Days.....

I have been on couple of days, but they were not so much consequential that I have to write separate blogs. So I'm going to bullet point them in outline form. I. I forgot to tell you about the crazy situation/conversation the other night; the night I got my robe (last time I played). Immediately after I log from game, I get a phone call from Titen. asked and told me that I should call him before I get on game. WTF!!!??!!! And then he goes on to to say that I don't want to level with him. I had to put him straight. I told him that I would never call him when I go onto game. And if I'm on game with him at the same time and I'm free to level with him I will. That was just way beyond weird. II. Day One A. I got on and started limit break 3 quest with Maat. I have to get 3 crests from the 3 strongholds. Damn them. I heard the places I have to go are ridiculously hard. Going to need some serious help. B. I get a party immediately when I threw my flag up. The party was pretty good. I didn't level though. Too much exp to gain and I didn't get that much the last time I played. I was having a good time too. It was late so I had to log. C. Upon logging, I tell Thesage goodnight and he says goodnight dude. So I had to correct him and tell him that I was a girl. He said he assumes all female characters on game were men. So I assured him I was a girl. III. Day Two A. Before I get on game, I get a text from Titen asking me to marry him on game. Can you guess my response? I told him no. I am not marrying anyone on the game unless it's my real life husband. B. I went to powerlevel Inchigo for a while in Valkrum Dunes. I said I'd powerlevel before I seek a party. I meet him in the Dunes. He told me to put my flag up if I'm looking for party. I told if I do, I'll get snatched really quickly. I'm in demand, lol. Just to make him happy I put my flag up. I think I healed him twice before I got a party. As I was responding to party leader, Inchigo got killed. I had to raise him. I'm such a bad powerleveler at times. Can't multitask my tells & my actions, lol. I raise and leave him. I headed to the party. I get there and within 20 mins the party disbanded. What a waste of gil. And I wasted an emperor band use. C. So since my party was finished, I went duoing with Thesage for half an hour. We went to Xarcabard. We fought gigas and a few tigers. Then we went to find the dragon that spawns there. We ran in circles and he found it. So we fought it and survived. It was a wussy dragon. After dragon, Thesage had to leave for Dynamis. D. Right after Thesage, I Envoy was waiting to duo with me. So instead of duoing, he decided to help me with my AF6 - my head piece aka Pimp Hat. So we head back to Xarcabard and head to Fei'Yin to fight Miser Murphy for my antique coin. After all the walking we did to get to Fei'Yin I didn't get the stupid cut scene that will trigger Murphy to spawn. So it ended up a wasted trip. Damn. So I warp back to San D and Envoy leaves for Dynamis. E. Since I'm stubborn, I didn't want to log off. So I decided to try the Feast of Swords event in town. I already gotten my ibushi sunai from the moogle earlier. I thought I was going to get an anniversary ring. So I chose to go as my DRG/WHM since I'd have an extra help in hurting the rogue samurai. Okay I tried 3 times. Ember and I died 3 times. That was enough for me. I did make sure that I had Regen & Refresh on from the Field Book. That saved me from instant deaths numerous times. Ah got to love another FFXI event that levels you down to 1. IV. Day Four A. I get on without an objective. So I decided to buy some spells. I know I'm missing 1 or 2 spells. Plus I wanted to buy Paralyna because I've been asked about that so many times. So I bought 3 spells: Blizzard 2, Thunder 2 and Paralyna. I need to get Shell 3. That's was my main goal. I may have to go to Jeuno for it. B. As I was hunting for spells I had my seek party flag up. I got a party. It was a pretty good set up: 2 rdm/whm, war/nin, pld/war, blu/nin, mnk/war. However, finding where to camp was a bit tricky. We ended up in Bhaftau Thickets. My first time there. So we finally made camp and started to party really well. I leveled to 59. However, I had to leave soon, so I got a SAM replacement for me since we already had a RDM in party. I now have to concentrate on getting LB3 and get my AF6. I'm heading into the terrible 60s as they say. I'm looking forward to it. I here LB4 is a piece of cake. So I really have to concentrate on leveling dark and my elementals so I can face Maat for LB5.

I'm Getting There... Surely...

I get on to maybe party. To maybe find some people to help me with my coffer for AF4 in Garlaige. I throw my flag up for party. While I was waiting for a party. I spoke with Kakida, Kainbelmont, Cyricbelhart and the gang on ClanBelmont. Titen even contacted me. So as I was talking I decided to try the Eggstravaganza again. This time the moogles were not giving out letter eggs. Oh well. Kainbelmont sent me a tell in game, outside linkshell talk telling me that he read my blog. Oh my goodness. I don't even remember telling him I had a blog. Thank you very much Kain. Titen said he was farming a party. Instead of asking me, he said I must gather together in Whitegate. I get there and got invited to the party. We found out that the chocobo guy in Al Zahbi was kidnapped. That meant we had to run to camp by the ley point. Me, took me forever, since I never had to run there by myself. I'm usually on a chocobo following someone. I got there without aggro. We chained really well. Within a half an hour I leveled to 56. My emperor band wears out quickly. However, I had to go an hour later from leveling. I now only have 6k from leveling to 57. Yes! My goal for next time is to get my AF4 from Garlaige Citadel and my AF5 from Castle Oztroja. I'm supposed to be wearing my pants right now at 556. I need 3 people to help me with Garlaige.

Frozen Hell to Arabian Knights

Got on like I promised Titen. I started talking to folks on my linkshell, Clan Belmont. Someone asked me what I was going to do. I said I wanted to finish my AF3. Demicus volunteered to help me. So I meet him in N San D by teleport guy. We teleported to Xarcabard (Vhazl) and high tailed it to Vhazl Baileys to fight Dark Spark NM. We did it pretty smoothly and fast. After fight, I get my item and we both warped out. I had set my homepoint to Jeuno just for this reason. I ran to Port Jeuno and got my gloves!!!! Yay!! It all took 20 mins. That's the fastest I've ever accomplished something. So now I check my friends list to see if Titen is on. He is. I contact him. And of course, we get into an argument. He called me a liar because "supposedly I said I was going to do something & I didn't" I promised to party with him today. That's why I contacted him. Then he goes how he saw me get my AF3. I said yeah. It only took me 20 mins. Then he complained that how come he can't party with my friends. I said there's isn't any reason he can't unless I'm with Ghostdawg. He asked me why and I told him that he has him blacklisted. Then he retorts that he can't please everyone. I don't need him to please anyone. So I asked do you still want to party, he said no he's busy. So I left him alone. So I just contacted Inchigo, who was on by the way. We decided to duo together in Kuftal Tunnel. We did really well until Inchi got disconnected which left me to die. I can't even scratch those crabs. During the time I tried out composure, my new job ability thanks to the April update. I hp'd once I died. I had set my hp back to San D. Good thing. Once back in San D, I throw my seek party flag up. It's time to get some experience going. So while I wait, I decided to parrticipate in the eggstravaganza event. There was a mass of people around the event moogle. It was crazy. The lag was ridiculous. People was just appearing spontaneously. I didn't get anything but an "I" egg. There were egg sellers too. People just capitalizing on the event, lol. After a while, I got a party invite for Wajoom Woodlands. It was a pretty cool party. I was able to level to 55 in this party. Ghostdawg joined my party for a while. I somehow became lead again. After a while I got sleepy. I told everyone I had to go because at that point I could barely keep my eyes open. The party disbanded. I warped out of Wajoom and logged for the night. Today was a very productive day. I got my AF3 and I leveled. Not bad.

A Temporary Awakening

I get on thinking to do a lot of things but all my boys were off doing things of their own. So I decided to go fish. I had a stack and 8 of bait. I run off to W Ronf to the lake to fish. I used up all my bait. I got one stack of moat carp, 5 rusty buckets, 1 rusty leggings, and 2 monsters. I run back to San D to sell items to NPC and on AH.

What to do?

So I decided to wake Ember from her slumber. I was heading to my mog house to change to DRG when I bumped into Kakida. I asked him to wait for me cause I was going to Latheine myself. My DRG is level 8 but with Ember hitting so hard I figured I was ready. So I changed and met up with Kakida. We ran to W Ronf. On the way, I stopped and got a supply run for Volbow region. So I started killing sheep on the way that checked as decent challenges. I was doing well until I got to another sheep and I almost died. I didn't have enough MP to cast a spell for Ember to heal me. I survived with 10 HP left. Close call. Kakida was killing mobs that were close enough to aggro me. As I was still in W Ronf with Kakida when I got a tell from Ghostdawg telling me that he's ready currently to take me on the supply run to Volbow. So I tell Kakida I had to run. He said no problem. I didn't even have time level. I did get some skill ups. I ran back to San D to change back into my RDM.

I OP to E Altepa and met Ghost there. We go from E Altepa to W Altepa. Some how Ghost lost his chocobo zoning into W Altepa. So he's on foot and I'm staying on my choco. Less chance for me to aggro anything. We get to Kuftal tunnel. We go in. Then Ghost who was ahead of me started back towards me running saying "zone". 2 crabs aggro'd him; a 75 DRG! Then he said, keep me alive. Then he changed mind again and said zone. So we both run to zone. We go back in after resting. I sneak & invis myself. He did the same. I only had to cast 2 or 3 times in tunnels before we were in Cape Terrigan. The OP was very close to the tunnel exit. However, I checked the gob closest to me & it ready incredibly tough, I decided to sneak & invis myself again. I get to OP and give the guy the supplies. Yay!! I got the Volbow region OP. Ghost had to go back to his thing and I warped back to San D.

I pretty much have all OP points now except for 4. 3 of them the game will not allow me to get until my level is high enough. The last is Gustaberg. Damn those Bastokians. Won't let Gustaberg fall to San D's influence. Damn them. One of these days though. I'll be waiting. Anyway, I went to sell more shit that I had. I got 2 house lamps from Doll Event Moogle. Yay! 2 extra storage slots. I go to mog and try to re-organize myself. Got tired of that & I logged off.

A Beseiged Warlock

I get on early to retrieve my boots from Crawlers Nest. It was like around 11:30 am. Not many people were on. Only person was Oliphant. So I begged him to help me. He said sure. We met at C Nest. I lead him to where I left my boots. On the way. Someone called for help. So we helped her. She was running from a bomb mob. I never seen one there before. I actually thought that mob only came out during Halloween when I started playing, lol. So we finish off mob and head into the deadly tunnel. Until we get close to mobs, I put sneak & invisible on both me and Oli. He didn't tell me when it wore until it was too late. He got caught by 5 bees. I healed him as much as possible without drawing hate. When he got down to 5th bee, I helped him melee. The bees read as even match to me. Then we sat and and rested for a while. We get to area for me to pick up my boots. No mobs there. So I got it. Then I cast sneak and invisible on both of us again. Oli again didn't tell me when wearing and got caught by 2 exorays. Those checked tough to me. He started to run to zone. I said okay he's running to zone let me run too. Just as I passed the last 2 scorpions, my sneak and invis wore off. They killed me as I was zoning. WTF!!!!! I had the downloading screen and all. I thought my ass was safe. I thought wrong. Oli died to. We both hp'd. At least I got my Warlock boots. Only thing I don't like about the boots, I lose 9 MP. Oh well. I had to log cause I had to pick up my sister. Once I returned home I logged back in. I had no idea what I wanted to do. Kirinkage said there was going to be a massive besieged going on. 3 factions were going to attack. I contacted Frizzlefry to see if I could join his party. He said he's taken someone somewhere and would when he gets to Whitegate. So I immediately leave for Whitegate. I had to take long route since I'm not a mercenary yet. On the boat, I was talking to Zeeone. I told him about besieged. He said he's going to be there. He was excited. When I finally arrived, he invited me to his party. I also bought all my maps. Whitegate is mad confusing. I started the mercenary quest. Since I'm not mercenary yet, my participation is just for skill ups and having experienced the event. I met Zee in Alzahbi then walked back into Whitegate so I won't be teleported elsewhere. I find where the mages stay and started casting spells. I put on reraise just in case of death. I survived the 1st wave. In the second wave, I died 3 times. I rose due to my reraise then I slapped on my reraise again. As I was healing I get killed again. I raise again. However, this time I didn't have time to put on reraise before I died. I have no idea what killed me all 3 times. Only thing I hated was all the lag. My elemental and enfeebling went up a bit in there. So I think I will do besieged again. No one came to raise me so I hp'd. I didn't want to do the 3rd wave. I get back to San D to find out I didn't lose any exp from dying. Yes. Once back in San D I participate in the Doll festival again. This time I turn into a Hume girl. I was talking to Ghostdawg and he said he'll come skill up with me in Altepa. So I stop the festivities of the Doll Festival and go to my mog house to get my inventory into order. I OP warp to Altepa and met Ghost there. We duo for at least 2 hours. We killed a lot of gobs. There was a near death experience. We then took on 2 Lesser Manticore.  They resemble the Notoriously hard NM called Kirin. Then we fought a scorpion. It was pretty cool. After a while I got tired and decided to call it a night. We both op'd back to our home nations. I go sell all the crap I accumulated. I head to mog house, checked delivery box and logged for the night.

I'm So Frickin' Cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I get on to see if anyone wants to do anything much. I ended up going out to do skill ups . I was with Kirinkage so we headed to Sanctuary of Zi'Tah. We get there and found out that I'm pretty much near the right level. The only things in the zone that were decent challenges were the Rock golems. I got my sword up a smidgen and my elemental up a smidgen. I got some beast blood too. Then Kirin & I zoned into Boyhada Tree and he fought a spider that was incredibly tough to me. It dropped a Boyhada Chest Key. I thought I needed it for an AF for me, so I asked Kirin if I could lot it. He said yes. Then he realized when it was too late that he needed it. I can't trade it to him. I also found out that I didn't need it either. So I'm stuck with a chest key I don't need until I'm in my 70s. So we got bored and left for San D. I decided to try out the Doll Festival Event. I speak to the moogle. I get this thing called taru rice cake. So I try it out. I turn into the cutest little TaruTaru girl. I'm smaller than the regular Taru's. My friend Frizzlefry (a Taru) came by to check me out. I was so tiny compared to him. Then he turned into a Mithran girl. It was so funny. I wanted to check out how small I was compared to the rabbits in W Ronf, but I went to normal once I zoned. Oh well. Then I tried the mithran rice cake that turned me into a Mithran girl and Frizz turned into an Elvaan girl. We were running around S San D causing trouble. Lol. Had a blast. We were running trying to get in other players way when they were running. Lol. I had fun. I ran into my mog house and called it a night.

Smashing Boxes and Spreading Holiday Cheer

Played: 3 days various hours Day 1: I get on to do some more Nest quest. I also have to finish my supply run to Pashow Marshlands. However, I get a level sync party immediately in Crawlers Nest (hidden room). I head there with some party members. The party sucked. The puller kept bringing mobs back towards me while I am healing which of coure aggros. I am in the back and they level sync to 40 below so I don't have refresh. I had to raise people twice. All in all, I didn't level and party disbanded when SAM had to leave. I warp back to Jeuno. So I leave Jeuo for the swampy place. I figure I kill 2 birds with 1 stone. I chocobo to the OP to find out my supplies were expired. Didn't realize it was Sunday. So I continue on to find monument. I fought 2 Marlboros to get clay tablet. I use my Kingdom collar to Warp to San.D.. I rent another chocobo to get to Selbina to turn in clay tablet to get more clay. I decided to do 2 more monuments close to Selbina. I do the Valkrum Dunes then Konschtat Highlands. In Konschtat I kill an Battering Ram equivalent. I do the swap in Selbina as usual. I am too lazy to walk back to San.D., so I OP warp. I head to mog to log. Day 2: I get on bored. I'm in San.D., so I decide to level SMN and participate in the festivities. I see the boxes in W Ronf when I go out to kill but I have no idea what to do. I bump into my friend Anukanasomune. Haven't seen her in a long time. She showed me how to do the events. We kill boxes for tokens. While I was out there I give her a sack for my LS to both her alter and main character. I get dream food, platters and clothes. We exchange cards for tokens and gifts. We carolled and got tokens and goodies. She gave me 100k gil. That was shocking and nice of her. I bought 3 christmas trees (1 for each Nation). She then invited me into her mog to show me how her place was. She said she's maxed out in space and even have her mog locker rented until 2013. She gave me seeds and a scroll of Protect IV. I leave her mog and enter my own and I log for the night. Day 3: I get on to do more holiday event and more leveling SMN. When I go out, I don't see anymore boxes. So I kill mobs with Carby (Carbuncle). My bro, Kirinkage, said he'll come powerlevel me since he was in the area. I said sure. Ding! I level to 7. Boo ya! I also get some chests. I get a temporary remedy and a pair of leather highboots. I can use them for my THF or DNC. I couldn't open the last chest (sad face). My brother then disappeared with another DRG to do a BCNM40. I asked him how was he going to powerlevel me with DRG. He doesn't have a mage job, lol. He laughed. As he left, the boxes started to appear. I kill the boxes and get my gifts. Then I got bored of it. I go to my mog to reorganize. I ended up buying 2 more armor boxes. I place my trees out to show. Took pics too. I found out the Dream platter and stockings have storage of 2. I was going to drop them like I did with other event items that I didn't need. So I got some more organizng to do though. I have to some quests to get rid of some items I have in my possession. I also have to do some opening of chests in garlaige and delkfutt towers. I change into my RDM before I log off.

Valor Kingdom - Linkshell Event

Played: 2 hrs (8/15) I log on to level up my WHM to 10. Instead of doing that, I get called to action to kill a NM in Davoi. So I head with Kirin to Latheine to meet at the entrance to Jugner Forest (JF). I am so under level for this area (Jugner) and Davoi. However, the whole linkshell was there. We ran thru Jugner with a mass of 13 members. We get to our destination without any issues. The high levels killed everything in sight. I really didn't have to do much. So we camp where the nm pops. I keep my distance since I can't do anything. Next you know, I'm dead. Died by AOE (area of effect). The NM cast a spell and since I'm so low level on spell killed me. I wasn't mad at all. Just happy that I got to travel somewhere new. I watched the rest of the fight. Didn't take long. Everyone died. The mages who had reraise on, were killed instantly when they rose. So we all laying dead in Davoi talking. Team leaders keep apologizing for the death. It was no problem since I never leveled down. We all went bank to our homepoint. I log for the day.

The Start of The Crying Game

Played: various times I haven't blogged because I've been disheartened with the game. Not the actual game, but my game playing. As I said in previous post, that I died doing mission 2-1. So couple days later, I decide to go to Dunes to kill Sand Hares and/or Gobs, whichever are decent challenges. I'm knocking out Sand Hares. I level to 19 after 3 of them. Then I decide I'm going to get enough exp so I won't level-down if I die. I pull a Gob that was decent challenge. I pull another Gob. Then some more Sand Hares. I now have like approximately 200 exp, still need another 240. I pull another decent challenge Hare & the micki ficki killed me. I level back down to 18, again. I suck!!!!! I go back home and log out. Frustrated!!!!!!! I log on couple of times to do some shopping and selling. I buy Silence at AH. I create a Bazaar. I then run around San.D. looking for stuff. I show my brother where to find the Furniture store in N.San.D. As we run around the Summer Festival is going on. We find Mumor fighting demon in Labor Man's Way in N.San.D. . You are supposed to clap & dance on cue. I also started to garden. I checked today on my plant and fed it a fire crystal. I can't wait to find out what my plant grows into. I am going to start doing crafts to earn gil. I'm down to approximately 100k or so gil. I want to farm snippers for Land Crab Meat. They sell for a good chunk of gil also. Till next time....
